We spend our life in our thoughts as we think we are.  

When we feed our minds the positive nourishment of our thoughts our thoughts become stronger and grow. The roots of those thoughts become deep ingrained in our mind. We become focused on opportunities and possibilities.   

Your thoughts build your life; put down deep roots and your thoughts will strong to withstand the ill winds.
