Hi Laura:

Mystic Shores is a very affordable and modest community.

Sounds nice.  I know the 'age' restrictive communities are gaining momentum in my area also.

Mystic Shores seems to offer a tremendous value to retirees seeking a retirement community at this price point.  North Carolina retirement communities in this range tend to be either a lower quality product or in an undesirable location, or both.  Considering the country's economic circumstances and the increasing rate at which baby boomers are retiring, meeting lower price points is a growing priority for retirement community developers.
