Agents must have right to sell property by written agreement and must be willing to introduce contact to me to develop deal and documents by demand on behalf of buyer. My buyer has a seperate acquisitions company however, I work directly with him so I can inform you on the deal until it will be turned to the acquistions/lawyers to close....You will get paid!
