Ault, CO is a small town 20 miles east of Fort Collins on Hwy 14 (Mulberry St). This house is a large 1,921 sq ft manufactured home built in 2000. It is in excellent condition on the inside and appears to be "move-in-ready" (rare for a HUD home). Although this a corner lot, there are a few drawbacks to the location: It's hard to miss the grain silo and RR tracks across the street. The neighbor has "yard cars" and indoor furniture on the outside patio : ( and HUD lists one Special Comment: " Subject shares an access drive with the adjoining residence, a shared driveway agreement is required." Most of the time Easements do not survive a Foreclosure. My question is: Who NEEDS the shared driveway agreement? It's a corner lot, there's a driveway to THIS house from both streets.
