Carmel is on a 4 month tear as far as the number of units sold post it 4th straight double digit increase. The bad news is that the increase in volume didn’t lead to an increase in average sales price this month. To be fair, we did see the two previous month’s post a 13% and 7% increase in average sales price as compared to the same months a year prior. Overall, the Carmel market still appears to have strong fundamentals and it looks like the demand is still strong and hopefully poised for a recovery.
