Wow! That's a deal! Tell me more about it. I am assuming a well would have to be put in? How is it zoned? How close is the nearest town? Feel free to send me a message if you want.

Zoning in a town of under 100...ha! You do not need lawn police like associations have, or heavy duty zoning to protect from sprawl or the towns growth when the deer, wildlife outnumber the under 100 tax payers in a 6 x 6 mile area. I think the population last check was around 62. No crime, no pollution, no traffic light in Bancroft..unspoiled by man. You can drill a well, put up a tent, camper, build a locally made log home. Will ping you more Karin on a "secure line". Lots of folks reading your mail in here!  Tom, it's pronouced Lobstahhhhh if you are a Downeastaaaaaa. How about a bushel, peck of clams and 50 pounds of taters, spuds, Maine potatoes too. Will send you more smoke signals and pick up the can and string to connect with you later today.

Other Maine land bargains while we are on the subject?
