This was taken at Wolf Trap Park for the Performing Arts in Virginia. The role was Mackie Messer in "The Threepenny Opera" of Kurt Weill. (Ole' Mackie's back in town!)

For 2 weeks we did alternating performances of "Threepenny" and "The Beggar's Opera". They are the same story but the musical style(One modern, one baroque) and the characters were 200 years different. One night I sang Mackie and the next MacHeath in "Beggars".

I had also just met my wife the night before!!!!!
