Yesterday, I left my home at 10am to fly to Tucson for my Grandfather's funeral on Saturday. We touched down in Denver to find out our flight is cancelled due to weather, nothing out until Friday morning.
Southwest kindly put me on the one remaining spot for the 7:55am flight this morning knowing time was of the essence (similar to a real estate transaction). I'm at the airport now with heavy fog and potential of delays and cancellation once again.
As I look around at frustrated passengers, I'm reminded of the devestation in Haiti. This morning, they experienced another after shock. Delays are merely a bump in the road in comparison and certainly put my challenges into perspective.

Today, be greatful for what you have even in the most challenging of situations in your own personal world. Things can always be worse. Pray for those who are in need and do something kind for someone else. Give back!
