Wellness involves pretty basic things actually. It is basic, not rocket science. For instance it has to do with such elements as, pure water, food, rest and sleep, exercise, sunshine, loving relationships and oxygen. Yes, the actual air we breathe. That's about as basic as you can get.
The air we breathe is absolutely critical for health and life because humans cannot live for over a few minutes without oxygen.
Throughout the rest of the world, oxygen therapy including using oxygen, ozone, and hydrogen peroxide are commonly used to treat a wide variety of diseases, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, and arthritis. However, in the United States, these highly effective and inexpensive therapies have been largely ignored.

Oxygen is the essential element in the respiratory processes of most living cells.
If oxygen is vital for life, and death occurs without it, a deficiency means our health is somewhere in between life and death. The more we are deficient the more disease we have and the closer we are to death.
