Believe it or not someone actually sent a link to me that opened to  the above text  as a viable option .. I think ,but than how do you ask someone if they meant this as a joke ? I mean they might be serious  right?

When I went to the url in the aforementioned email it only got more outlandish and amusing .

Has anyone come across anything more ludicrous  than this ?

One has to wonder not only about the level of sophistication of the entrepreneurs

trying to sell this but its hard to believe someone is going to open up there credit card to buy this kind of program .

This sort of get rich quick scheme  is illustrative of the opposite of what  Professional Realtors do !

We are constantly researching  the market  to find well priced i.e. market priced properties that a knowledgeable and disciplined investor will hold over a sufficient  time period to realize a capital appreciation or a cash return over time before selling .

Finding a good deal for the aforementioned knowledgeable and disciplined investor

is a part of the business I enjoy and keeps my clients\friends happy and appreciative.

As a matter of fact a client\ friend of mine called me last nite to chat and yet me know he has had just signed up for female students for a University of Western Ontario student rental property that he purchased

a few months ago at a great price.I had to find him a good deal as he coaches my sons and I in Judo !

Knowing the location, condition of building ,true operating costs ,financing options ,vacancy rates, potential for resale etc. is not something one can learn over nite or solely from a book or course .

As an experienced investor,real estate sales person  and property manager I may not know it all but I certainly have days when I feel that I have seen it all .

Usually this is when something out of the realm of the ordinary  happens such as a tenant committing suicide in one of my buildings as happened recently. Unexpected and tragic !

Perhaps I am wrong and a number of people will buy into this particular scam er I mean opportunity .

If it sounds too good to be true ..Invariably it is .

I am not sure that I should post the url for the above  referenced website offering riches

and effortless success ,however if anyone is interested in a good laugh and in my opinion a great example of marketing gone wrong  email me and I will forward the url .
