Well, I am happy to report that we sold the last remaining new home in Sarasota's"West of the Trail" community! The proud new owners certainy got a great home for a great price! Having relocated to Sarasota from Calilfornia, they found the new construction, beautiful finishes, ample square footage, and unique area to be everything they were looking for!
