The new Winter Park based company, Powder Addiction, is officially opened for business! My husband Jamie, aka "Ski Boss" runs the show so I, luckily, got to join him for his first tour yesterday. It was fabulous!
Powder Addiction's permitted area is on Jones pass which is accessed past Henderson mine on the south- east side of Berthoud Pass. The terrain is incredible. The snow cat transported us up to 12,500 feet. We had fresh tracks every run. I know that is hard to believe this year since we are all praying for snow but Jones pass actually had 8 inches new on Monday and a few inches on Tuesday.
