I've been looking at the median sales price in San Carlos for last year because every January I write a report about the San Carlos real estate market for the previous year. I love the exercise of pulling the data, performing some calculations and taking some time to reflect on the trends of the previous year. I also use it as a time to make some predictions about what the market will look like in the upcoming year. If only I had that well polished crystal ball to have it all figured out!
