CDPE Course is Well Worth It!

By
Real Estate Agent with Royal Shell Real Estate Inc BK3025297

As a Veteran REO Agent of 13 years and counting, keeping abreast of the market and understanding the default industry is critical to keep up with the ever changing rules, programs, sellers, market trends and governement legislation. We spend a lot of money on seminars and travel to conferences to keep up with all the changes. Sometimes there isn't much new to learn, but sometimes you experience a wealth of information, this was true at the CDPE course I just completed on Friday.

Agents- shortsales are here to stay. Whether you like it or not, this is reality. One of the biggest problems we face in this industry is that the average agent is not trained in the intracacies of our current and dare I say future market of the next....are you sitting down...4-8 years at least. So if you want to stay in business, you need to arm yourself with knowledge.

The CDPE Course will give you the tools and a whole new business model for your real estate career. I'm being paid to endorse this program, but I believe strongly that we raise the bar through education.

Yes short sales are here to stay and I just wrote a little blog on those last night in fact.  If you don't do them you are missing out of a huge segment of the market.  (You as in all of us)
