Quick tip that worked wonders for me

Real Estate Agent with Midwest Properties

When I used to do open houses or would approach potential clients to offer them something, instead of saying would you mind if I sent you a list of homes, or would you like to see some of my other properities?  I would replace anything that could be answered with an easy yes or no, with a "Would you be offened if I" it can still be answered with a yes or no but they would have to say that they would be offended, and none of them did

If I write a long enough sentence it will be as long as your post! There are meny ways to not ask a yes or no question. You can ask them what they think. Everybody likes to answer that one.
