Richard that is a colorful chart however a great visual to view the financing options that were used in the last six months.

Hi Jennifer.  I put the chart together after hearing some report that FHA loans were king.  Clearly they aren't on Kauai at this point.

I concur with your comments above. Here in Oregon its about 40% conventional, 40% fha, 5% cash and the balance being everything else. Are your market sales dominated by foreclosure sales right now? Hows it looking out there?
