The Post Katrina study I have worked since the end of October is coming to an end. I am ready for new challenges. One of the benefits of the study from my perspective is visiting many areas of the Gulf Coast and Mississippi that are not in my normal driving areas.
Of course involving myself with a Katrina study made me think about those who have still not returned. So, I snapped a few photos during free time for those who may be homesick, or who may be moving to the coast.
The Bay st. Louis Beach along HWY 90 is looking great. Piers are built back. There is a Bay St. Louis Harbor under construction.
On a country road in Kiln, Mississippi--this bull literally posed for me. I couldn't resist.
Note the grass really is green and not touched up.
I couldn't resist the shot below. Long Beach Harbor, Long Beach MS.
I'm still proud of our signs. These Captains don't even know I'm giving them a promo.
A note to the investors and Tenants/Future home buyers that I worked with during my time with CAL. I enjoyed working with you. I would love to be in touch. Drop me a note if you have time. Promoting Avondale and Quail Creek Cove became my obsession--fortunately a few months before the end of my time with CAL, the efforts started paying off. I enjoy building/maintaining communities.
There is so much for sale and for rent right now--its almost overwhelming. If you are moving to the Gulf Coast soon, remember there is a lot of "for Sale by Owner" properties, as well as REALTOR represented MLS properties.
