Although I have no idea if I am going to make this a series, this is my second post titled "A day in the life of..." Here is the first post
No two days for most Realtors are the same. Some days are all about being in the office, title company, court house, others are entirely in the car, some days are filled with networking or marketing and some are a combo of all of the above.
This day started out like most any other Sunday for me.
- 10 AM out the door, stopped at a co-workers house to pick up Open House signs and flags
- 11 AM church
- 12 PM ducked out of church after the final prayers, no study group today
- 1 PM Open House at 316 Quincy Pueblo, flags up, directional signs out, Open House sign predominate in the yard, lights on, radio playing in the back ground, book open ready, soda popped open
- 1:10 PM first visitors arrive and stay for 45 mins
- 3 PM Final visitor gone, car loaded with flags, signs and still unread book, headed to Canon City for last minute showing request
- 3:30 PM Stopped by listing on vacant land on Holmes road for fresh picutres to send to potiential buyer Holmes Rd listing
- 4: 05 PM arrive just in time to turn on lights and ready house for showing, watered sad spider plant
- 4:45 PM Unexpectedly asked to preview potential buyers house for potential listing
- 5 PM arrive at buyers / potential listing. Preview the house and 4 acres
- 6 PM Chinese food stop! Triple delight with tofo! Find that networking buddies put my biz card on restaurant bulletin board :)
- 7 PM catching up on days e-mails, tweets and blogs
- 8 PM Hot tea and decompression
- Total miles today approx 100
- Total calories unknown and not thought about :)
- Been there ~ Done that : priceless
