Moose Monday - Montreal Moose - L'orignal de Montréal

I looked long and hard to find moose during my visit to Montreal, Canada.

Then, as I was riding on a bus in downtown Montreal, one finally caught my eye.  I got out of the bus in a hurry just to photograph this one!

Here he is with allhis Montreal charm.  I present to you "L'orignal de Montréal" (funny enough the word "moose" in French rhymes with Montreal).

Isn't he adorable?  Eh!

You could touch this one, no problem!  I should have asked for someone to take a photo of me with this moose.  I am glad you liked this painting.  It sure depicted well the moose and its huge size.

I just caught up to your Montreal moose -- love it!  What does a moose say in French, or do they speak the same moose language as our American moose? And now I want to see the second one :)

I have a feeling they speak moosely the same language and it does not matter whether they live in Canada or in the US.  :)  Stay tuned for the second one coming up soon in the Moose Monday group!

Gerry, I'm on the trail of your mooses (is that right?). Montreal is such a beautiful city. We loved our visit there a couple of years ago and want to go back.
