A new Playa del Carmen real estate project in Mexico has just been put out for public consultation, according to local media reports.
Playa del Carmen is already one of the hottest and fastest growing real estate markets in Mexico and the new project "Xiimbal", in the Playacar real estate area could be a massive hit with American retirees looking to move to the sun.
If the new Playa del Carmen real estate project is approved it will consist of 12 condos and 20 commercial units in 4 buildings with 43 levels and one building with 2 levels.
As is common with new Playa del Carmen real estate the construction will include a car park o the ground and underground levels. To attract vacationers the complex will also include a swimming pool and rooftop solarium terrace.
Reports suggest the new Playa del Carmen real estate will cost in the region of 45 million pesos ($3.5 million), but retail prices for the individual condos are not yet available.
