How do we get our clients to have the food network effect?

What is he talking about you say.  Well, it's when you're watching food network and you start to get hungry.  How do we make our clients hungry for real estate?  Hungry for houses?

What is it Tabasco?  Salsa? Or maybe a great atitude and super communication? We need to be the source of information, resources, service vendors, contractors and so much more.  Make your clients hungry for you.  Make them contact you first no matter what their needs.
