New Home Plans coming to Whetstone West from Royal Oaks Building Group

Real Estate Agent with Re/Max United Realty

This is just a quick note to let folks know that we have some new floorplans coming to our subdivison that are already getting a lot of interest!  Whetstone West is a small subdivision in the town of Angier, located just a two miles south of Wake County, and the Raleigh, Cary, and Fuquay-Varina area.  We are also just 45 minutes to Fort Bragg and Fayetteville and very convenient for people wanting to live between these two booming areas.  With floorplans starting in the 130's up to 200, we have a floorplan to suit most all needs, and a great little community with lots of privacy waiting for you.

Our two new homeplans are the Holly and the Camden.  These plans are a direct result of the responsiveness of Royal Oaks Building Group.  Royal Oaks has listened to what buyers want and has responded.  The Holly is a modification of the Maple Plus plan but has expanded the master bath to include double vanities, and separate garden tub and shower, as well as a larger walk-in-closet.  This split floor plan also has a formal dining room, huge kitchen, and two car garage, with vaulted ceilings throughout the house.

The new Camden plan is in response to buyers requests for finished rooms and bonus rooms over garages in the ranch plans and is a completely new split floor plan with a finished bonus and optional third bathroom upstairs.  See more about these and other Royal Oaks plans at

Thanks Dwight! We are so thrilled to introduce the new plans into Whetstone West. Buyers - let this be a lesson to you. Don't be afraid to tell a builder what you're looking for in a new home. They'll listen!
