There have been 722 reported sales in our Real Estate board this year, compared to 268 for the same period last year. Building starts are way up and developers are out looking for projects ready to go for single family lots and town house projects.
We expect a strong year in both residential and commercial sales. Several large industrial properties and commercial buildings have been sold in addition to the statistics noted above.
