I checked in on AR today to see what was being said about Zillow charging fees for posting a listing, and realized I really have not been doing nearly as much blogging as I had.
It seems I am way too busy with actual work and way in over my head in social media. I did get hired by Examiner.com to be the Kansas City Real Estate Examiner. But really that is not much more than a news blog. It does get a lot of Google Juice though, whats more I make a few bucks from it.
If you want to work for Examiner, contact me. I make $50 for every new examiner I bring in. And with what real estate is selling for; I need some extra cash!
Every listing I get; be it for sale, or even for lease, I post to my websites... (plural); then I move on and post them to Postlets.com, and Craigslist; from there I tweet them and then I post them to whichever FaceBook page they are most likely to be associated with.
Then I went out and created other websites that have their own blogs, which now I have to keep up also. I'VE CREATED A MONSTER!!!
Bates County Real Estate and several others, are now part of my SEO focus. But all-in-all ; it is working, I get great traffic and I frequently work both sides of my listings, because I use keywords to draw the traffic.
It is not uncommon for me to receive 200-300 hits a day on my Turn-Key Properties site, but it is getting to be a bit exhausting.
I need to figure out how to do this more efficiently!
