Eric Auger, with Prudential Americana Group, Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada, says, “I’ve been having great success with the 30-Day Lead Blitz Program.

I have been a member since June and I am overwelmed with all that is available. But I am going back and look at it for the 30 day blitz and see if I can crank it up. Thanks Curt

Well said Stephen - nothing happens without relentless follow-up. The hardest part of lead generation is to get the phone to ring. Once you have a system for that it's time to put your sales and communication skills to work.

1) First step lead generation.

2) Lead conversion. Follow-up to set an appointment.

3) Contract. Covert the appointment into a signed contract.

4) Close the deal.
