94 Shopping Days Left to Receive Federal Tax Credit

Would you like to purchase a home?  Perhaps your first home?  Perhaps you are a repeat buyer?  There are federal tax credits of up to $8000 for 1sttime buyers and up to $6500 for repeat buyers. There are many homes available for sale in the Birmingham Alabama area including Jefferson and Shelby counties that are great values.  Contact me for information on these homes as well as how qualified buyers can take advantage of the tax credits. In order to receive the tax credit, you must have a home under contract on or before April 30th and close by June 30, 2010.

It's important to get the word out.  I think there are still buyers that don't know who the extended and expanded credit will work and who is illegible.

I heard about it on FaceBook and popped over to read it. Great post. I wonder how many will procrastinate until it is too late.

Wow, the clocks ticking and the window of opportunity is closing. Things are really starting to tighten up at the banks, too.

Joan _ I agree! Many don't know about it or realize that they are eligible.

Mark - Those who wait until the last minute may have a hard time finding what they really want.

David - The window of opportunity is closing as far as time lines and financing.

I've been seeing more and more buyers starting to call realizing that their second chance is slowly slipping away as well.
