Wordless Wednesday (almost!): Turn me loose!

Wordless Wednesday (almost!): Turn me loose!Life was meant to be lived, and curiosity must be kept alive. One must never, for whatever reason, turn his back on life. ~ Author: Hyman G Rickover

Cats have a natural tendency to explore areas that reach far beyond their living spaces. The outside world holds no limits and it seems they have the 'can't wait to get there' attitude.

While holding Open House at a clients home, this kitty would run and hide when people would take the tour and then appear and implore me to let her out when they left.

While I was comfortable to stay inside, she wanted out!

She couldn't wait for me to turn her loose! As soon as I opened the door, she was GONE!

It's important to continue to step outside your comfort zone and explore in order to grow as a person and to push your business forward.

And be curious like the cat!

I'll bet that kitty left some skid marks on the floor when you opened the door!

Wanda,

I'm trying that with my youngest son but he keeps coming back. I've been to a lot of houses where the showing instructions say don't let the cat out. Most times I never see them to begin with.

Craig, She was taking no chances of the door getting closed on her! Ha-ha!

Rich, Cats have a way of going unnoticed...dogs will meet you at the door AND show you out!

Most dogs love the water. We go to the lake and the dog takes off and jumps right in! Thanks for stopping by David!

Hi Wanda,

Cats are curious & comical creatures.  When indoor/outdoor cats want to go out - there is nothing stopping them!

A couple weeks ago our cat thought the same thing, then once it got outside and realized it was nine degrees, she couldn't get back inside fast enough. (She hasn't tried again since)

You are so right about that! Between the meowing and the frantic back and forth motion, you have to submit!

Yikes Todd! 9 degrees?! Smart kitty to stay inside!

Gabe, We have been the recipients of many gifts at our house with our cats!
