As a Sacramento mortgage broker, it can be frustrating right now to close a loan. Underwriters are overcorrecting from past faults and are picking a part perfectly good mortgage files.
I am reminded this week why we do what we do! We just go another gift certificate from our Sacramento mortgage client for Palermo Restaurant in Elk Grove.

In this market, sometimes no matter how hard you try, you can't always provide a smooth transaction for the client because of our crazy lending environment... It is so nice to be appreciated!
