Did I Tell You the One About the Wealthy Saudi and Bellevue Square? - - -

Well, Nina acquired a very wealthy Saudi businessman as a customer. He wanted to purchase a summer home in the Bellevue Washington area. After looking at many high priced properties, around Lake Washington and elsewhere, the Saudi businessman settled on a luxury home in the City of Redmond (home of Microsoft) close to my hometown of Woodinville and our office in Bellevue. Before even moving in, the Saudi businessman wanted to add extra living space to the already large house, for his chauffer and maid, which Nina helped him complete as well. Bellevue Square

The revealing part of the story came out when Nina asked him, if he could buy a summer vacation home anywhere in the world, why did he decide on our area? He had a very direct answer. "Yes, I can buy a home anywhere in the world, but Bellevue Square is the only place my wife can go shopping without a bodyguard." Go figure . . . it came down to safe shopping. Check out the security officer zipping around on a Segway Personal Transport.

Bellevue SquareAnd now the shopping has gotten even better in the Bellevue Square area with the addition of The Shops at the Bravern, including a new Neiman Marcus. So, if you are into safe shopping as a pastime, come to our area and enjoy.

If you would like to buy some great real estate, we are here to find just the right property for you.

That is quite a statement for the Mall.  If I was them, I would include that in my marketing statement.

Hi Frank,

Very interesting and I suppose it makes sense. Never been faced with that sort of issue and it makes for an interesting photo story Frank.

Debi, I think you'd enjoy the shopping . . . really great environment too.

William, it was a fun place to take photos . . . imagine the good fortune of running into the security guy on his Segway to illustrate the main point of the story.
