You won't catch me without one after February passes. I missed the "show" yesterday buy will be into an Apple Store, next week. I have not done the iPhone so I will be taking a "leap" to the iPad!

They are advertising late March for wi-fi and April for 3G. I'm signed up, just watched the video...WOW! And to think that just 15 years ago we had to carry around an inch thick, large paper BOOK of listings to this marvelous tool. Internet technology has sorted the deck on many agents and left many in the "dust" to more or less rely on referrals from their past customers. Imagine what the iPAD will do to the "flock". Instead of advertising such apps as virtual tours on our sites, many of us will be touting "iPad equipped for Mobile on-line Home Shopping". It will revolutionize the way that we real estate folks do business, and it will be exciting!!!

The real estate business has changed, and not in the way most people think today; its not just REOs, shortsales, and stressed assets. Today its all abou lead generation and managemet. How to get teh elad, and hat to do it when you get it.
Look for a new national company geared to 95% comissions and all the tools.. Serious tools for serious agents.
We are gtting more leades and we have the way to handle them when we get them
