HI Kathleen - kind of sounds like your market is where we were two years ago. We've been hip deep in foreclosures and shorts for almost 2 years and we've got a ways to go to be done with this mess. Our mid market is just starting to move - sellers are by a long shot more realistic than they were 2 or 3 years ago. I like you, just wasn't interested in working with unrealistic sellers (still have to turn some down from time to time). Being the 'grim reaper' has been an interesting challenge.
