Even in this market, things seem to sell quickly. This was a great North Portland bungalo we called "THE FUNGALO". She needed a little TLC on the outside, but the inside was pure 1940's. Original kitchen and bath tiles with those quirky colors made for a fun job. The agent called On Stage for this job which had to happen in a quick time frame: 1 day from appointment to finished job. This property was a great find in a close-in neighborhood. Here are some before and after photos:

Well Julia: I get those canvas pieces out of LA. I have a large assortment of them mostly contemporary but a few transitional. I buy them wholesale which makes them a great value...

Diana: When I was looking for art to buy, I always look for things that will bring instant color to a space. It is fun to shop for stagging inventoory because you can let loose and have fun..
Kimberley: The house was quite small in scale, but by adding furniture: as you know, always makes a space feel much larger.... There was no time for a party... :(
