I would never leave my broker because I don't think there is another office where I could possibly feel more supported and encouraged to be the best that I can. And this goes beyond any training, classes or coaching sessions.

My broker is Cynthia Lippert, with Keller Williams Peachtree Battle, Atlanta. She is the only reason I am still in real estate today. She made a huge difference in my life by believing in me more than I believed in myself. She is a great leader and a mentor and knows how to bring out the best in people.

Why is your broker important. Our office encompasses a Broker-in-Charge, Sabra Romeo, and Ann Yountz, Team Leader, so the combination of having two major support staff in our office is very important.  Sabra Romeo keeps us legal and calls the agents her "angels", of course, and Ann Yountz, the Team Leader, gives the excitement of recognizing the positive helpful relationships between the agents.  She just keeps the foam hot on the top of the Big Mocha latte' daily with her Monday Morning Mojo's e-mails, committee support, Agent Leadership Council communication and having a "forge on" and "lend-a-hand" to each other attitude .  We have jubilance in our office over agent to agent relationships and I snicker over the sizzle we have everyday here.  We have a unique office and since we have Profit Share in our company there is no reason to compete with each other for business, how gratifying.  They keep well in hand this attitude and re-instate it every day between the agents which is, "If You Do Good In You Business, We All Do Good, because we share in profit after the office bills are paid.  Our new charisma is they have a "Secret Guest" showing up for some of our sales meetings and on the first anniversary of the Flight 1549 Hudson Bay crash, a survivor of the crash showed up at our sales meeting and told us his story of faith and how we all have a purpose and we need to find our purpose daily.  So as we are challenged to be our best in our business, we have a purpose with our business and it is to help others and not always for our gain but the gain of our clients and their goals.  When they succeed, we do too, and our Broker(s) don't let us every forget the importance of our clients and our relationships which are lifelong in our office.  I wouldn't work for any other company, Keller Williams is where I found my heart strings fulfilled because of their models for business.  Iron sharpens Iron, and Diamonds Cut Diamonds, we're all about becoming Diamonds and Iron.

I love my broker because he is a never-ending source of inspiration & positivity.  Even after the worst day, he helps me to see the good in it & keep my head up.  He is my biggest cheerleader, and I hope that I can be one of his...

His outlook has 100% changed my business.  He also holds me accountable for the things I plan to do... he's great.

It is evident that he is genuinely dedicated to the success of the agents in our office.  We have tons of continuing education in the office and many resources to choose from.

I am committed to my Team Leader (Dan Smith) because he embodies the win win culture we all desire! He promotes a family first business environment that helps me maintain balance. (I am prone to pushing for results way too hard and he holds me accountable by his example)

Everyday, Dan brings a new question, challenge or business tip to me. For example - "Michelle, I was surfing your website and noticed you do not make visitors register to get info - have you ever thought of doing that?" He went in and changed it for me, I have received no less than 1 new registered user per day since then. Now we are working on raising my average sales price! He is constantly asking me tough questions and helping me get the answers!

Dan is improving life in our community by making a difference in the agents he is in business with. The ultimate form of leverage - make a difference in the lives of your agents, and they in turn make a difference in the lives of their contacts. Pay it forward.

He also leads with an incredible business head with the perfect combination of caring. Thanks Dan - I am very glad to be in business with you!

As we all move forward in the Real Estate business, it is more important now more than ever to have a CEO, Visionary and Team Leader who not only encourages us to succeed but delivers the tools and training that are necessary to build our businesses. Our Team Leader Julie Brown is the kind of leader who brings out the best in people and creates champions. She is the first one to lend a helping hand, the first to send out encouraging words and motivational advice. She has helped many individual careers flourish and taken new agents under her wing to help them grow their business. Julie is a key member of the Culture of KWLV and she is always supporting agents through the best and worse of times. The agents who encoutner  Julie are impressed with her CAN-DO spirit and championship demeanor.  What is great about being mentored by and working with Julie is the way she brings out the best in people. Her key strength is her natural ability to focus on individual strengths and personalities, it is clear to Julie that people are motivated by different ideals and situations. Julie loves to jump on that ride and embrace her agents triumhps and sucesses. Our Market Center has been given the gift of Julie Brown, and we are so lucky to have her!

I am so proud to be able to highly recommend my team leader for this important honor.  I have known Cassie Hillinger since she came on board to our office of 5 people. With over 160 agents, she works tirelessly to build up our office as well as each of us individually.  She truly walks the walk and has created a fantastic synergy within our office. She works tediously to hold us accountable, cares ridiculously about each of us, our dreams, our personal lives, our problems, our challenges.  I truly think her energy and vision is endless.  I believe every one in office would agree as well.  We are a family thanks to her.  I believe Gary Keller would be most proud of how Cassie emulates all that Keller Williams is and wants to be.  I will stay with Keller Williams as long as Cassie is here to keep our ship on course and caring for each of us.

I love my team leader, Paula Mosely, at Keller Williams Realty-MC469. Her leadership skills are paramount and her willingness to help agents succeed is unmatched. Her tagline is, "My Business is Growing Yours," and growth is the name of the game for her leadership style. She daily strives to enhance her current knowledge, skill and market center awareness to give agents valuabe information that they can implement into their own businesses.

I'd never leave my broker because the wealth of knowledge that has been made available to me is something that I will take with me for the rest of my life. After joining KW, my eyes were opened to running my business like a business and I took control of my life!

She has also added value to various organizations by providing business planning clinics and motivational seminars without expecting anything in return. She lives for the joy of helping others excel in their professional lives.

She has been and continues to be a big reason for our continued growth at our office and in my life professionally and personally.

Our Team Leader is by far one of the hardest working, intelligent, knows her stuff about real estate and building successful businesses, helpful, smart, great friend and the list goes on.  Cassie Hillinger is a great asset to any real estate office or business.  I joined my Keller Williams Success office because of Cassie, John & Patty.  Cassie has an energy and enthusiasm that is contagious and is always looking out for the best interest of our agents in our office.

I agree that our success for the most part is due to ourselves and what we put into creating it.  I also believe that success is also due partly to who you hang around with and your surroundings.  A positive, energetic and professional atmosphere will help anyone achieve more.  Cassie creates that every day in our office.

Top Agent Serving Dighton Taunton, Rehoboth and more! - Taunton, MA
Top Agent Taunton,Dighton Rehoboth &more

In late spring of 2006, I started my full time career in Real Estate at Keller Williams- Easton Massachusetts and wanted to quit by  December of 2006,   I seriously thought I made a major mistake in my life, leaving a nice career in advertising, used to earning a generous income, like most agents who decide to do real estate for a living, I thought it would be easy.. then soon realizing I  was not  making the income I needed.. I thought I was doomed. I couldn't go back to my other career. I wanted this, but didn't quite know how to do it.

Keller Williams in Easton was in the process of hiring a team leader/broker for our 124 agent office. His name is Scott Morris. The day I met Scott, I told him how I felt. His response was "Just get on my back, I'll teach you how to do this.. and you will be successful, just listen to me and do what I recommend."

Almost every day, he was concerned on how I was doing, asking me what I was doing and how I was doing it. Keller Williams doesn't "feed" its agents leads. They teach you how to fish rather than give you fish.

I took advantage of all of the classes that Keller Williams offers for free. One of which is Camp 443 ( 4 listings, 4 sales in 3 months). I took this class prior to Scott's appointment, but somehow I got it the second time around. I did my lead generation faithfully, maintained and communicated with my database, took many listings, and worked my tail off.. only to have Scott constantly saying to me "Keep your foot on the gas!" On occassion I "ran out of gas", but got back in quickly.

2007 was a slow start- my closings in first quarter were minimal, but I hung onto every positive, inspiring word that this man, Scott Morris gave me. I hung onto every script and dialogue that I could wrap my brain around and implemented them. He wasn't just the new team leader, he became my coach.. quickly.

Imagine for a moment being a team leader/broker with over 124 agents, dedicating his time to each one that wanted to succeed. He will hold a class and if just one person shows, he'll still teach the class. Scott truly cares for his staff and his agents.

My experience  and production was minimal when I met him, many brokers wouldn't dedicate the time to someone without the background, but Scott did. By December of 2007, I closed 20 transactions, since then averaging 16-20 a year, and  I am now on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for my office.

This year, it is time to take my business to a much higher level... another plane and Scott will help me do it. Scott Morris helped me realize that limiting beliefs will hold you back and I have unlimited potential, he also teaches all of us to think outside the box and always be lead generating, treat my business like a business,  about mastering the mundane, but making it fun too.

So proud to be a Realtor and an associate of Keller Williams Realty

My Team Leader, Paula Mosley is a tremendous leader of leaders! She loves challenges. She steps up to the plate when others walk away. Her drive to learn is incredible, her strategic planning ability is amazing, her ability to accept a challenge is beyond any I have seen in our industry. She is inspiring to others and absolutely thrives on helping people grow both personally and professionally.  Her idea of a good day is knowing she has helped someone else be the BEST that THEY can be!  Thank you Paula!!

Motivation not to throw my real estate license in the garbage is credited to Paula Mosley.  Results of re-grouped time, finances vested in the real estate career and updated technology are all part of a new vision and enthusiasm.  Paula presented a plan of profit sharing that will allow my family to benefit from the success and hard work of my continued real estate career.  Around the clock support and  a genuine, loving charisma flows through the halls of Paula's office.

Paula's team of agents are supportive of community events, being the sponsor of the Annual Christmas Parade, KW Cares, various needs of individuals.

For opening doors that I shut, advancing to another level of success, thank you Paula.

Keller Williams Realty,  Lubbock, Tx is the best kept secret of all time!  And we need to change that right here and now -- There are 4 leaders that make it the most amazing place to hang your license and make all the money you want to make.  Our Operating Principle is Tim Minnix, Team Leader is Debbie Frapp, Broker is Pam Titzell and Productivity Coach is Nancy Rawls.  The 4 of them together give our office a true feeling of "family" that functions very well.  There is always a smile and a happy greeting everytime you walk in the door - they truly care about each of us and give so much of themselves to make sure each and every one of us feels important and loved for who we are.  Therefore, the atmosphere in our office is full of positive energy.   The ongoing training is phenomenal!  Never a shortage of knowledge to be had for any situation that arises in the real estate business.  It is so easy to forget we are working here because the entire culture here is an extension of each of us and together we truly have that "something" that is no where else in the city!   It just cannot be put in words, you just have to come and experience it for yourself - and you will be so glad you did and wonder what took you so long to realize that it was here all along!   KW LUbbock, TX has renewed belief in myself and inspired my creativity to "think outside the box" which is essential in this market to survive.  Recently it has become necessary for me to move 70 miles away to take care of aging parents in a small town.  All of these leaders as well as my fellow agents  have been supportive in that endeavor and ideas to continue my real estate career at the same time.   This office is truly one of a kind and absolutely the best in my book!

Everyone is a helpful and has the same mindset.  You can tell a difference in the leadership at this office.  Everyone respects and wants to do well for the office.  That only comes when you have a good leader in charge.  I am happy to be a part of a growing prosperous office!

My team leader Michael Bossart has made some significant changes at our office Keller Williams Memorial in Houston (www.kwmemorial.com).  He has converted our systems to paperless so we no longer have to deal with contracts on paper with automatic notifications.  We are now doing our team meetings remotely via webcam.  And he has scheduled our risk management team to discuss how to provide the best service and keep the broker, the agent and our clients out of harm's way.

Thanks Michael!

True leadership is hard to find in our industry. However, I believe the true measure of transformational leadership is servant leadership. At Keller Williams Realty - Houston Metropolitan, our Market Center is run by the most extraordinary Team Leader, Candace Capsersen. She has a unique passion for our company culture and has earned my deepest respect by how she tackles the toughest of problems. She has demonstrated that business cannot succeed without culture. We just celebrated her one year anniversary as our Team Leader for over 420 agents in our office. In one year she has turned our office into the mega star that it is because of her passion and zest for life. She’s tackled tough situations (Hurricane Ike came through on her second day in office) and has shown time and time again that she’s up for any challenge. We’ve seen more change in one year than the last five years put together. She’s revamped our agent training, remodeled the entire office, increased morale and her resolve is still strong. On May 13th of this year, she is heading up RED day for our office. RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day is a Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities. My career has been greatly impacted by her leadership and her friendship. I have learned to grow and truly understand the meaning of the Keller Williams company culture because of her leadership. She continuously mentors me through her great vision and unselfish acts of kindness that I’ve experienced firsthand. She’s demonstrated selfless involvement in helping our agents achieve their goals and answer their “Big Why”. I am proud to stand next to her and grow into the next stage of my real estate career because I believe in her.

RE/MAX Elite - Brentwood, TN
REALTOR, Brentwood TN Homes, Real Estate

My Broker is Robb Campbell, he owns multiple offices in The Greater Nashville Area including the corporate office in Brentwood TN which I am affiliated with. The story goes that as a brand new agent I signed on at RE/MAX Elite under a team, that did not work out but I stayed because the office people are so warm and helpful. A few years go by and one day after many attempts a Keller Williams recruiter gets to me and I decide to jump off the RE/MAX ship. I decided I owed it to Robb to tell him what I decided and why in person. I walked into his office leaving and walked out staying. Why? Let me explain, my broker is an incredible business man with multiple successful companies aside from the RE/MAX Elite offices. I never brought my concerns and frustrations to his door, believing that he could not possibly have time for or be interested in my petty issues, especially as I was not one of his "top" producers. What I found when that office door closed was not what I expected. Robb listened attentively and without interruption, then he clarified the issues and went to work on the solutions! Robb also agreed to be my coach and mentor, installed me in the office directly across from his and started helping me make the changes I wanted but did not know how to do alone. OK, so that is not that incredible right? There's more, a couple months later my mother committed suicide, I left abruptly to fly home and deal with the worst event to ever happen in my whole life. Agents in my office seamlessly picked up my clients and even got one out of a deal, all while never worrying me with it at all. When I got home Robb was there, he listened to me, encouraged me and seemed to know exactly the amount of pushing and waiting I needed to get through this time and not destroy my business. The humanity I have seen in him is more valuable than anything I could ask for and the time he takes with me and anyone else who wants to stop by his open office door, is nothing short of amazing considering his schedule. Robb Campbell is my broker and family to me and because of him RE/MAX is my home and forever will be! There is no better place to work in Brentwood TN, just ask me!
