As a broker/owner, I appreciate this contest.  I value the agents who work here and help me pay the bills by sharing the fruits of their labors.  I never forget that they pay me, not the other way around.  We are a family here and my agents are also some of my dearest friends.  It always disturbs me when I hear agents trashing their BIC.  (in North Carolina, it's Broker in Charge.)  Respect and the golden rule.

My broker is available, when most are not. He is supportive and his door is always open, and his phone is always on. He motivates his new on board agents to grow and excell in thier field. His upbeat attitude and uplifting messages are meant to inspire us to be honest and successful.

My broker is supportive of the agents who have paid thier dues and now would like to enjoy the fruits of thier labor and still service thier loyal clients collected with many years of excellent customer service.

He motivates us through his humor, and his experience. He leads by example in every way. His success, his professional apperance, are things we should all work hard to acheive.

IN my Brokers eyes, I can see MY FUTURE!

I am more than happy to tell you why I "love" my broker Mary Lynn Stone, President and Todd Hetherington, CEO.  They have built, and continue to build, the Century 21 New Millennium team, which is a friendly and caring group of people, in twelve locations.  As a new Agent last year I was immediately provided with hours of FIRE education over an eight week period and continued support since.  Because of them I am now a knowledgeable Buyer's, or Seller's, Agent.  Century 21 New Millennium is involved in community outreach through "12 Months of Giving" including:  Children's Hospital, United Way, Christmas in April, Food and Back to School Drives.  I have no reason to leave and every reason to stay!

1.I'd never leave my broker because: My broker allows me the freedom to run my business the way I choose to while being supportive and capable when I need help or advice.  He demands the best and in return, his name gives us the recognition we need to bring in the business.  We have the tools we need, the support we need, the working environment we need in which to succeed and most of all, he truly cares about each and every one of us mentally, professionally, personally, and spiritually.

2.My broker has made a difference in my career in the following specific ways:  I was a good agent before I switched to this company but I never dreamed of having business like I do now.  My broker played a huge roll in changing my mindset from impossible to possible.  He gave me tools, sure, but he boosted my confidence, supported me during the struggle between old and new habits, holds me accountable and he makes sure I am happy.  He's got my loyalty 100% and even though I have my brokers license and could go out on my own, I have no desire to do so.

3.My broker has improved life in our community in the following ways:  My broker is involved in the community in many ways... Lyons Club, Chamber of Commerce Member, imbedded in his church community.  His family has been in the area for generations and he truly, deeply cares for the communities in which we serve.  He brought Tomagwa (which is a health care system for the falling between the cracks patients here locally) to our attention at our last meeting and has chosen them for our company charity to support because he understands how hard it is for people who don't have health care.  He doesn't just provide lip service.  Chris Hardee gets involved because it's on his heart to do so, not because it's good press.

I have only been with my broker for about a month, but Mike Brown at Keller Williams Greater Portland has already won me over. It is a large office but I already know he is knowledgeable,  approachable, genial, and I know when he is available.

My old broker, at Century 21, was a cranky mess. I called him on a weekend once and he answered with a "This better be good". He would come down and take all the clients he felt like taking and worse, let me languish for over a year. He is second generation in the RE business, so I was shocked when I realized with my new company that not all brokers are like that. Thank goodness for KW!!!

I'd never leave my broker because...I am with Keller Williams Realty Franklin TN

...it is not about an individual person it is about the models, systems, people and belief system that creates an environment for people to succeed proudly at a high level.  Its is the quality of the other agents within our office who we can share our ideas to improve our businesses.   The Keller Williams model encourages agents to be open and learn from each other because together everyone achieves more.    Keller Williams wants me to promote MY BRAND over the Keller Williams brand and that they let me run my business, though have tools available to grow my business at the highest level I can achieve!  I really have loved the team leaders and brokers within our office, they are great people who are leading us forward and helping with our vision, though if they move onto bigger roles, I will remain with my office.

The difference in my life is opening my eyes to a much bigger world than I had previously.  Previously I did not set high enough goals for myself....the goals can be really big.

In giving back to the community - the company has set up a non profit to help agents within our company in need.  Within our office, we participate in blood drive, coats drives and a variety of other fund raises for our community.

I love my team leader, Paula Mosely, at Keller Williams Realty-MC469. Her leadership skills are paramount and her willingness to help agents succeed is unmatched. Her tagline is, "My Business is Growing Yours," and growth is the name of the game for her leadership style. She daily strives to enhance her current knowledge, skill and market center awareness to give agents valuabe information that they can implement into their own businesses.

I'd never leave my broker because the wealth of knowledge that has been made available to me is something that I will take with me for the rest of my life. After joining KW, my eyes were opened to running my business like a business and I took control of my life!

Top Agent Serving Dighton Taunton, Rehoboth and more! - Taunton, MA

In late spring of 2006, I started my full time career in Real Estate at Keller Williams- Easton Massachusetts and wanted to quit by  December of 2006,   I seriously thought I made a major mistake in my life, leaving a nice career in advertising, used to earning a generous income, like most agents who decide to do real estate for a living, I thought it would be easy.. then soon realizing I  was not  making the income I needed.. I thought I was doomed. I couldn't go back to my other career. I wanted this, but didn't quite know how to do it.

Keller Williams in Easton was in the process of hiring a team leader/broker for our 124 agent office. His name is Scott Morris. The day I met Scott, I told him how I felt. His response was "Just get on my back, I'll teach you how to do this.. and you will be successful, just listen to me and do what I recommend."

Almost every day, he was concerned on how I was doing, asking me what I was doing and how I was doing it. Keller Williams doesn't "feed" its agents leads. They teach you how to fish rather than give you fish.

I took advantage of all of the classes that Keller Williams offers for free. One of which is Camp 443 ( 4 listings, 4 sales in 3 months). I took this class prior to Scott's appointment, but somehow I got it the second time around. I did my lead generation faithfully, maintained and communicated with my database, took many listings, and worked my tail off.. only to have Scott constantly saying to me "Keep your foot on the gas!" On occassion I "ran out of gas", but got back in quickly.

2007 was a slow start- my closings in first quarter were minimal, but I hung onto every positive, inspiring word that this man, Scott Morris gave me. I hung onto every script and dialogue that I could wrap my brain around and implemented them. He wasn't just the new team leader, he became my coach.. quickly.

Imagine for a moment being a team leader/broker with over 124 agents, dedicating his time to each one that wanted to succeed. He will hold a class and if just one person shows, he'll still teach the class. Scott truly cares for his staff and his agents.

My experience  and production was minimal when I met him, many brokers wouldn't dedicate the time to someone without the background, but Scott did. By December of 2007, I closed 20 transactions, since then averaging 16-20 a year, and  I am now on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for my office.

This year, it is time to take my business to a much higher level... another plane and Scott will help me do it. Scott Morris helped me realize that limiting beliefs will hold you back and I have unlimited potential, he also teaches all of us to think outside the box and always be lead generating, treat my business like a business,  about mastering the mundane, but making it fun too.

So proud to be a Realtor and an associate of Keller Williams Realty

True leadership is hard to find in our industry. However, I believe the true measure of transformational leadership is servant leadership. At Keller Williams Realty - Houston Metropolitan, our Market Center is run by the most extraordinary Team Leader, Candace Capsersen. She has a unique passion for our company culture and has earned my deepest respect by how she tackles the toughest of problems. She has demonstrated that business cannot succeed without culture. We just celebrated her one year anniversary as our Team Leader for over 420 agents in our office. In one year she has turned our office into the mega star that it is because of her passion and zest for life. She’s tackled tough situations (Hurricane Ike came through on her second day in office) and has shown time and time again that she’s up for any challenge. We’ve seen more change in one year than the last five years put together. She’s revamped our agent training, remodeled the entire office, increased morale and her resolve is still strong. On May 13th of this year, she is heading up RED day for our office. RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day is a Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities. My career has been greatly impacted by her leadership and her friendship. I have learned to grow and truly understand the meaning of the Keller Williams company culture because of her leadership. She continuously mentors me through her great vision and unselfish acts of kindness that I’ve experienced firsthand. She’s demonstrated selfless involvement in helping our agents achieve their goals and answer their “Big Why”. I am proud to stand next to her and grow into the next stage of my real estate career because I believe in her.

RE/MAX Elite - Brentwood, TN
REALTOR, Brentwood TN Homes, Real Estate

My Broker is Robb Campbell, he owns multiple offices in The Greater Nashville Area including the corporate office in Brentwood TN which I am affiliated with. The story goes that as a brand new agent I signed on at RE/MAX Elite under a team, that did not work out but I stayed because the office people are so warm and helpful. A few years go by and one day after many attempts a Keller Williams recruiter gets to me and I decide to jump off the RE/MAX ship. I decided I owed it to Robb to tell him what I decided and why in person. I walked into his office leaving and walked out staying. Why? Let me explain, my broker is an incredible business man with multiple successful companies aside from the RE/MAX Elite offices. I never brought my concerns and frustrations to his door, believing that he could not possibly have time for or be interested in my petty issues, especially as I was not one of his "top" producers. What I found when that office door closed was not what I expected. Robb listened attentively and without interruption, then he clarified the issues and went to work on the solutions! Robb also agreed to be my coach and mentor, installed me in the office directly across from his and started helping me make the changes I wanted but did not know how to do alone. OK, so that is not that incredible right? There's more, a couple months later my mother committed suicide, I left abruptly to fly home and deal with the worst event to ever happen in my whole life. Agents in my office seamlessly picked up my clients and even got one out of a deal, all while never worrying me with it at all. When I got home Robb was there, he listened to me, encouraged me and seemed to know exactly the amount of pushing and waiting I needed to get through this time and not destroy my business. The humanity I have seen in him is more valuable than anything I could ask for and the time he takes with me and anyone else who wants to stop by his open office door, is nothing short of amazing considering his schedule. Robb Campbell is my broker and family to me and because of him RE/MAX is my home and forever will be! There is no better place to work in Brentwood TN, just ask me!
