One Cook in the Kitchen

Services for Real Estate Pros with

My wife does most of the cooking in our house... ok, all of it.  It's not that I can't cook, it's just that I have two basic methods: 1) heating frozen food, which is quick, doesn't make much mess, but is hated by my wife; or 2) making a nice meal, which takes me two hours and uses just about every pot, pan and utensil in the kitchen.

So, our deal is she cooks and I do the dishes.  I believe I have now developed absolute mastery over packing the dishwasher, and I take pride in straightening & cleaning up after dinner to do my part.  The point is, I suppose, that we each do the jobs we do better.  We do the tasks sequentially, but it's still a joint arrangement that works.

If you're a good salesperson (and I'll assume you are!), then you presumably enjoy sales and are good at it.  But that doesn't necessarily mean you're good at getting prospects.  Prospecting leads and selling to customers both take place in the "sales kitchen", but both require different approaches and skills.

At Obbee, we don't sell anything to your customers- we leave that to you.  What we do well is create and package real-time prospect lists.  Whether you're in real estate, mortgages, loan modifications, insurance or debt consolidation, we have mastery over finding and delivering qualified clients.  Then you can do what you're proficient at: selling the products and services those clients need.  It's a win-win.  We do the cooking, and you get to "clean up."  :)

The cooking that takes 2 hours (maybe not 2 hours) is healthier and better for you than the frozen entrees that take minutes in the micro --- all the best.
