So I went away last weekend. A family vacation. Short but sweet. While I was away Vail transformed from America's biggest ski resort without much snow, into what we expect when we hear Vail. It snowed a lot while I was gone. The Mountain is in great shape, and today is one of those incredible blue sky days. I'd like to post a picture of the blue sky, but my iPhone camera wouldn't do it justice. Just take my word for it, today is a day to be out on the Mountain. This is going to be a great weekend. Hope to see you on the mountain or in town.
As far as real estate goes....Things have been moving. Not like the heyday, but at a good steady pace. There are currently 452 homes on the market from East Vail to West Vail. It is certainly a buyer's market. If you have ever thought about purchasing a Vail home, now is a great time. There are some amazing deals out there, at all price points.
