We do not have any of the plans, permit information (All permits expired). There appears to be a well and septic system (visible). No garage has been built. We do not know status of power other than it appears person who was building planned on solar. Give me a call or email anytime.

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

Looks like someone could do very well with this property as an investment.  I am not familiar with that local economy, I am sure it is struggling, but California will be back and this land and house will gain in value.  Looks like it is in the middle of nowhere, what is close by?

betty

do you know if the land can be subdivided?  Looks like the house was started in 2005, do you know how long the permits have been expired?
