Adding Your Outside Blog to Your Facebook Fan Pages

Hello all my tech savvy peeps! This is a great way to share your outside Blog (Active Rain or other) with your fans on Facebook.

Go to your Fan Page>Edit Page>Notes Section.

Select >Edit

You will see a light blue shaded box on the right side of your Notes sections...select >Import a blog

On the next screen enter your >blog url address...and select >Start Importing

Facebook will show you a sample of your entries...if the entries your blog...select >Confirm Import.

Now your blog entries will be imported into the Notes section of your Fan Page.

I'm with Wayne. I use NetworkedBlogs and it allows a feed from my blog to post directly on the wall of my fan page. I think I like it being on the first page, but any thoughts on why you'd want it in a separate tab?

Brooke, I have my outside blog tied into my personal Facebook account. When I tried to attach it to my fan page, I kept getting a message that my RSS url was not recognized. I know I have the right RSS url. If I have a blog tied to my personal Facebook account, will I be allowed to tie it to my fan page? Thanks.
