Sunil, It is so interesting to visit different areas of this country and check out the prices in different areas. The prices vary so much when looking at the different locations. I know that land prices are real high in some places and therefore the homes are higher. This home in our area would be around one hundred thousand.

Don, I agree it's interesting to see what homes sell, for in different neighborhoods, cities and states.
This same home in 50 miles east would probably be around $125K and 20 miles west would make it close to $800k. It's location, location, location that is the biggest factor in value.
