We must be on the upswing of the recession. In Contra Costa we are seeing multiple offers on those homes under $700,000. In fact, we are beginning to think it may become a Sellers market soon. Additionally, we are seeing the upper end of the market finally getting more realistic in their pricing which in turn we are beginning to see sales activity. I am writing this because I am wondering if these trends are local or if you see the beginnings of these trends in your market. I would like to hear from you and greatly appreciate your letting me know what is going on in your area.
