BIG SOUTH FORK TENNESSEE: This Horse Property Even Has A Waterfall!

By
Real Estate Agent with Tennessee Recreational Properties

This cabin is a little jewel! This cabin is a little jewel, tucked away in a secluded setting on 3½ acres, right on the Spruce Creek Trail and a 15-minute hack to the Cumberland Trailhead into Big South Fork National Park, with its hundreds of miles of glorious trails.

Immaculate, charming and upscale, it's just the right size for a full-time single person, or for weekenders. The exposed beams and wide-plank Heart Of Pine floors create just the right ambiance. The seller was a professional "faux finisher" in Chattanooga so she did the treatment on the walls and you can see evidence of her excellent taste everywhere. The kitchen has walnut cabinets above and distressed black cabinets below; with black appliances, it looks like an ad from the Pottery Barn catalog! Tile floors in the kitchen and both baths. The fireplace is wood burning and you'll enjoy sitting around the firepit just outside on cool evenings.

Enjoy the lifestyle in this charming cabin

Just off the master bedroom, there's a little covered porch where'll you sit with your morning coffee, watching the wildlife and soaking up the serenity.

Elegant, upscale interior

The five-stall barn and outdoor wash rack will accomodate your horses and four RV/LQ hookups, one with septic, will accomodate your guests.

This horse property is right on the trail in the desirable Spruce Creek equestrian community

Don't miss the walking trail through the hemlock forest; it takes you to a little wooden bridge over the creek, with its delightful seasonal waterfall.

This horse property even has a waterfall!

Nice presentation, Leslie.  I've been to this spread, and it takes your breath away.  It is so surprising what someone with good design sense can do. Forgot to login first, thus the dupilcate comment.

Hi, Sandra. You wouldn't want to be here today; we're in the middle of a snowstorm!

The light has changed from that pale, watery blue "winter" light to yellow "spring" light, though,  so I think spring is right around the proverbial corner.

Winters here are confusing for plants; it warms up into the 60's and they try to bud. When does spring start where you are?
