After reading the following post by Dana Smithers,http://activerain.com/blogsview/1450416/creating-your-vision-board-using-western-feng-shui-here-s-mine- I just had to share with you the story about my vision board and why you should be careful what you place on it, AS YOU MAY JUST GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR !!!
When Oprah had the lady ( and I am sorry but I have forgotten her name) who was giving instructions on how to do an vision board on her show, I was so excited to get started right away doing mine. I jumped right into it with both feet.
I had always wanted a Schnauzer puppy, so I cut a photo out of a magazine and quickly pasted it to my board. Here is copy of the photo I placed on my vision board...
As you can see there happen to be THREE SCHNAUZERS in this photo... I went with my daughter to get a puppy, notice I said to get A PUPPY, well, I ended up getting three, as could not decide which one to get. Gave one to my daughter and I kept two. Here they are LEXIE AND LUCIE. It was several months later and I happen to be adding something to the board when I saw the photo of the three, I laughed and thought yes, I did get what I asked for....
So before you start on that VISION BOARD make sure you place on it exactly what you want. Because sometimes you get what you ask for...
