That maybe OK because Guess What! The assistant is probably also the one who did the research on your home prior to their boss meeting with you anyway! Your transaction is likely to be handled from start to finish by an assistant. Is that who you signed up to sell your home? Not really right.
Consider hiring agents who work closely together as a team, but don't assign You off to the team! Your home purchase or sales transaction is too important. You deserve and are paying for your agent to be there personally for you.
