January 01, 2010 through to January 31, 2010 there were 03 Single Family Homes Sold. Average Sales Price of $294,666. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 304. During the same time there were 10 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $299,020. Currently there are 64 homes listed sale for sale with the Average Asking Price $322,290.
