(not so) Speechless Sunday...
Ah-h-h-h snow. Mother Nature's blanket. It can be beautiful to look at. While it covers the ground with its velvety, soft appearance, it also changes our colorful world. Devoid of color, scenes take on shades of gray that add that mystery to our lives...

Below is a farm with the WSM tower in the background...

Hi Mike - This is a pretty site.  It's also unusual that you would get more snow then we would up here in the Louisville Kentucky area.  The weather in our region was turned on it's ear the last few days.

That is an absolutely gorgeous photo!  I would have loved to have some snow here, but all we got was rain.  Today, of course, it is ice.  When the sun comes up, I will adventure out for some wintry photos of my own.  Enjoy that beautiful scenery and keep the photos coming.

Wow!  Nice photo.  Now that's the way I like to see snow, in a picture.  Albuquerque affords me that opportunity.  This past week, we dodged another snow storm.

Thanks for the snow pictures. My kids are in Mt. Juliet and reported on the snowfall. It is so beautiful until it starts to melt! A rarity for the Nashville area, Enjoy!

That is what makes a cardinal so beautiful in the winter - the backdrop of a white world. He "pops"

My son told me they were calling off certain churches in town. He and his wife had a friend in town from Chicago. They ventured downtown last night to meet for dinner. He said the highway was desolute.

Enjoy it is beautiful.

Beautiful scene.  It reminds me of my childhood days in Northern Wisconsin.  How I longed for spring about this time of year.

Micheal,

Great pic as usual.  The problem with snow down here in TN is The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh.  And it doesn't look like he is in too much of a hurry to Taketh.  Looks like it will not be until Tuesday when it warms up enough to melt it all.

Michael - You know that global warming that we keep hearing about can show up now. I'm tired of the cold and snow.
