While waiting for the Miss America Pageant on TLC last night, I was posting my rental properties on our local Craigslist.  I usually do this process early in the AM; however, I had failed to do it and wanted to get them up for Saturday.

To quote Emeril....BAM!!! I started getting e-mails from rental prospects.  Most were local inquiries as many of us were home bound in 6 to 10 inches of snow.....and it was a Saturday night....and the Reba McIntire/George Strait concert had been re-scheduled AND the roads had not been fully cleared.
