I keep writing that the winters in Tennessee are mild and it's true, but we do have four distinct seasons...which includes winter!

We had a snowstorm yesterday that left 6 or 7 inches of bright, white snow. Just enough for those who enjoy the occasional snowfall but who don't want to deal with it for months on end!

Neat Calendar - I forgot to get one at the bank and Walmart has put them away - none on sale. So I'll print the month from Outlook, but I miss the pictures.

It it too stupid to order a calendar in February?

That sounds ideal...just enough snow to make everything white and clean and feel like Winter. We don't really have much snow so far this year...but we still have a long way to go to Spring.

Hi, Bill and Jody. I need to get 3 listing agreements signed and I'd like to do it today but the sellers' driveways are probably still iff-y. Because winters are short, there isn't alot of plowing and sanding here.

I used to spend $2,000 a winter on plowing in Vermont so that's sure a cost savings here!
