The artwork really added a nice finishing touch to each room.  Check out Wanda Richards staging project on a vacant home in Roanoke, VA - which sold in less than 60 days.

I just recently completed a staging project on a vacant home in one of Roanoke's favorite older neighborhoods.  A neighborhood that is attracting a lot of young, first time home buyers. We were staging on a limited budget but I felt the need to add some pop and color to this 1920's style home. To appeal to the younger market I decided to update this home with new, colorful, contemporary art.

Below are a few photos:

Colorful, contempary artwork can update the look of any home.  Call a professional stager when you are ready to sell your vacant home.

Art makes a HUGH difference and is the icing on any/all staging!!  I always hang art last.....and it is always amazing at the difference!!  Good Post!

I also believe that Art can add a unique touch that helps the home. Some stagers disagree and say that the art detracts from viewing the home. The Buyer looks at the Art rather than the home. I would disagree with that!

Great re-blog! I totally agree and have written about the value of "good" art in home selling, too. It really can elevate and update a home.
