Do Real Estate Agents or Home Stagers Need Their Own Brand?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Dzyn Lab

Absolutely! You can only rely on your host organization or agency to promote you as much as they promote everyone else in the organization or agency!

Real Estate Agencies typically list Agents by last name and listings by price - or allow for further refining by the site visitor.

Home Stagers are in even greater straits! Their industry is relatively new and the organization sites are still vetting themselves. Listing criteria is almost randomly presented so one day you're near the top, the next, you're completely at the bottom of the list!

Which is why we feel that it's imperative for professionals to create their own brand and space outside the confines of their respective agency or organization. This doesn't have to be a large expense by any stretch of the imagination. These days the costs for domain registration and hosting are extremely competitively priced. Logos, brochures, business cards and websites are also very competitively priced.

The objective is to find an agency that understands your needs and has the creativity and professionalism to complete your project on time and on budget.

Dzyn Lab is this kind of agency. We have the experience in working with both Real Estate Agencies and Home Stagers and would welcome the opportunity to discuss you and your ideas!

Do you have any people working out of your area or do you serve anyone over the internet?

We serve anyone over the internet. We have clients from all over the world and have only met maybe 1% of them! We've worked specifically, with a real estate agent in Branford, CT and a Home Stager in Buffalo, NY - to create websites that assist them in their work.

CYR Real Estate: http://www.cyrrealestate.net

The Home Staging Source: http://www.thehomestagingsource.com

For CYR, we developed their new logo and the website is completely content-managed by their office. We're in the midst of updating their site with updated scripting.

For The Home Staging Source, we were not involved with the logo but we did create a great looking content-managed site for the client - who couldn't be more thrilled!

Have a look at our own site: http://dzynlab.com/index.php?id=50 - at our clients page and the map where we pin-point client locations!

Cheers!
