As agents we get a lot of emails. A lot of the emails are good, it informs us of new products that are out there that may benefit us as we conduct business with our clients. Other emails are out there to deceive and mislead us as Realtors. Take for example this email sent to me by a Henry Komo in the U.K.. I'm not certain if you have received a similar email, but please review and be aware of what is out there. This person has emailed me numerous times offering me 20% of his 18.5 million. With the world being in the state that it is in, with religious ultra factions blowing up everything and utilizing terrorist funds to do so, we must be prudent about the types of people that request business from us.
