I just saw one of these analysis's for a different area and what strikes me is how valuable the information is.  When I look at this I get filled with more hope looking at the number of sales.  Now I know sales are happening and about how long it takes so now all I have to do is all the other work to get a house under agreement and start the walk.  Thanks for the posting.

The numbers are slowly moving up and DOM moving down. This is still a challenge for some price points, but the good news is there is more activity.  Thank you all for leaving a comment.
